Skip the agency.
Hire senior IT contractors directly — Salesforce, ERP, DevOps, security, software, data. No markup, no transaction fees, no middleman. A flat subscription from $29/mo, and the two of you contract directly.
Companies pay less. Contractors earn more. Software is the only difference.
What the middle layer costs.
Through an agency, a company pays $150/hr and the contractor sees $100 — the agency keeps $50of every hour, forever (a 50% markup on the contractor's rate — a third of every dollar you pay). On corpn, the same engagement clears at $125/hr direct: the company saves $4,000/mo, the contractor earns $4,000/mo more (at 160 hrs/mo), and corpn's cut of the rate is $0. We charge a flat subscription — $9/mo for contractors, from $29/mo for companies — and never touch the money between you.
Numbers above are one illustration. Contractors set their own rates on corpn — the platform never sets or suggests a rate.
For companies
- Post contracts and search senior profiles directly
- Pay your contractor their rate — not the agency's padded rate
- Flat subscription from $29/mo — cancel anytime
For contractors
- Keep your full rate — corpn takes $0 of it
- Your name and photo stay private until you accept an outreach
- $9/mo for unlimited engagements, time-tracking, and invoicing
How it works
1
Post or browse
Companies post contracts; contractors publish obfuscated profiles.
2
Structured pitch
Outreach costs a credit and follows a structured format; no spam, no recruiters, no cold DMs.
3
Accept and contract directly
Identities unlock only after both sides accept. You sign your own agreement and pay each other directly.

Straight answers
How do payments work?
Directly between you. The company pays the contractor by whatever method the two of you agree on — ACH, wire, invoice from their LLC. Money never passes through corpn, which is why there are no transaction fees.
What happens if there’s a dispute?
You resolve it with each other, per your own contract. corpn provides ratings, blocking, and reporting tools, but isn’t a party to your agreement and doesn’t mediate.
Is my data sold?
No. corpn is privacy-first: no data sales, no ad targeting, analytics only if you opt in, and we honor Global Privacy Control.
Questions, answered plainly
Is corpn a staffing agency?
No. corpn is software — a bulletin board with power tools. We never recruit on anyone’s behalf, never place or vet candidates, never set rates, and are not a party to any contract between users. Companies and contractors find each other and act for themselves.
What does it cost?
Contractors: free to be found, $9/mo (Pro) to respond to outreach and use time-tracking and invoicing. Companies: free to browse, subscriptions from $29/mo to make contact. That’s the entire business model.
Why are profiles anonymous?
Until both sides accept an introduction, companies see skills, experience, rates, and history — not names, photos, or employers. Contractors browse without tipping off a current client or employer, and nobody gets recruiter spam.
What are credits?
A spam brake, not a currency. Starting a conversation costs the initiator a credit, and accepting costs the recipient one — so every connection is a deliberate choice by both sides. They come with subscriptions, can’t be bought separately, and don’t roll over.
Who is corpn for?
Senior independent IT contractors — Salesforce/ERP, software, DevOps/SRE, security, data — and the companies that hire them. If you run your own LLC and bill $80–200/hr, this was built for you.
